These terms are an agreement between you and Thoughtloom Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17525958) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, which operates GoodUntil. In these terms, we, us and our mean Thoughtloom Digital Limited.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using GoodUntil, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the service

GoodUntil is a personal expiry date tracking app. You must be 18 or over to use GoodUntil. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into GoodUntil. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, with one exception: a basic, anonymized billing record is retained as described in our Privacy Policy, in order to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

4. Disclaimer

GoodUntil is provided as-is. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for any consequences arising from missed expiry dates or incorrect information entered into the app. Always verify important expiry dates independently.

5. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
